How it works is we come to your home and prepare an array of creative, healthy, delicious meals tailored to you. We will shop, cook, clean up, and package the meals for you to enjoy. We begin with a free consultation where we find out about your specific dietary requirements and schedule needs. We’ll also discuss your food storage preferences and I’ll have the opportunity to assess your kitchen equipment. |
Once a schedule is created, we will stock your pantry, purchase any equipment (if needed), and come cook your first meal. If there are any changes you would like to see in the menu options, the conversation is always open and we can provide alternatives to choose from. All meals are prepared, packaged, labeled with heating instructions and ready to enjoy.
